Play Dough

2 cups flour
1 cup salt
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 cups water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
food coloring

Mix the flour, salt and cream of tartar together. Add water, oil and the food coloring. Cook the mixture over low to medium heat with wooden spoon, about three minutes or until it forms a ball.
