Fourth of July		Plastic Tablecloth Mobile Depending on the size you want, cut the lower half in about 2in. strips, staple or glue the top sides together, attach to wooden dowel, hang unraveled rope on sides.
Halloween		Napkin Halloween Ghost Wad paper for head or use a styrofoam ball, place in center of napkin, tie with string, draw face with black marker.
Thanksgiving		Paper Plate Pilgrims Cut paper plates (with the ripples around the edge). Cut hat from black paper, add ribbon to lady Pilgrim, and glue yellow yarn for hair.
Valentine's Day		Stuffed Paper Heart Sculpture Cut 2 hearts, glue crepe paper around edge for ruffle, staple together half way, stuff with paper towels, staple shut.
